'The Expendables' actor's representative confirms his reconciliation with his wife just days after the Golden Globe winner shared a photo of the two holding hands.

AceShowbiz - Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin have given their romance another try. One month after the former model filed for divorce from the "Rocky" actor, the pair decided to reconcile and now they're "extremely happy" to be back together.

"They decided to meet back up at home, where they talked and were able to work out their differences," a spokesperson for the 76-year-old told Page Six. "They are both extremely happy."

According to the outlet, an order of abatement was filed this week to postpone divorce proceedings. It was also said that the throwback picture of Sylvester and Jennifer holding hands was "in his own way alluding to what was coming."

"The Expendables" star shared the photo in question on Monday, September 19 on his Instagram page. In the snap, the pair could be seen walking through a garden while holding hands. He also added an old image of the two with their three daughters, Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20. "Wonderful….," he captioned the post.

Jennifer, who has been married to Sylvester for 25 years, initially submitted the divorce papers in August. In the paperwork, she claimed their union was "irretrievably broken." She also alleged that Sylvester "has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate."

Responding to Jennifer's filing, Sylvester stated that he "has not engaged in any conduct which constitutes intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets." In his response, he also accepted several of Jennifer's other requests, including her desire to restore her maiden name and equitable distribution of their joint assets and liabilities, and agreed that their union is "irretrievably broken."

A few days before Jennifer filed her petition, the actor covered up his first Jennifer-themed tattoo. The Golden Globe winner, who reportedly wanted to replace his tattoo of his wife since last year, also did the same earlier this month by getting a bright leopard face over a tattoo of her eyes.
