The alleged serial cheater RnB star has been called out by the 'Girls Need Love' songstress after it's unveiled that he objects to his ex's request for temporary and permanent alimony in his divorce.

AceShowbiz - Ne-Yo has been called out by Summer Walker. The "So Sick" crooner was slammed by the "Girls Need Love" singer after he refused to pay his estranged wife Crystal Smith alimony in pending divorce.

On Thursday, September 8, the "Karma" songstress turned to Instagram to blast the R&B star. "Pay her for pain & suffering," wrote the 26-year-old artist, seemingly referring to his alleged infidelity scandals.

Summer's comment arrived after it's unveiled that Ne-Yo demanded joint physical custody of the three children he shares with Crystal. In the paperwork obtained by Radar Online, he objected to Crystal's request for temporary and permanent alimony along with primary custody of the children. Instead, he believes they should share joint legal and physical custody.

Ne-Yo, who agreed that his marriage is "irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation," said he should pay child support but objected to the idea of spousal support. In his legal documents, the music producer said he is indeed an "active and loving Father to his children."

"[Ne-Yo] asserts that he is financially, physically, and emotionally capable of serving as a joint physical custodian of the parties' three minor children alongside the [Crystal]," the document further stated. It also demanded the exclusive use of the marital home in Georgia as Ne-Yo "has been solely responsible for the mortgage and maintenance of this property since the date of purchase."

Ne-Yo later claimed he purchased three properties during the marriage and maintained them by himself. He also said that he wants Crystal's lack of contribution considered when the assets are divided up, noting that Crystal had been "formally unemployed at times during the marriage."

Ne-Yo pointed out that Crystal's image and earning potential "has benefited significantly due to her personal association with the Respondent and his career." As the result, "[Crystal] possesses the considerable ability to procure stable and consistent employment at this current time and following the dissolution of the marriage." The "Miss Independent" crooner, who was accused of cheating with multiple women by Crystal, also asked his estranged wife to pay her own legal fees.

On August 1, Crystal filed for divorce from Ne-Yo, alleging her estranged husband of being unfaithful during their marriage and listing the date of marriage as February 20, 2016 and the date of separation as July 22, 2022. In the legal docs, she stated she "is entitled to a divorce from [Ne-Yo] upon the ground that the marriage is irretrievably broken with no hope for reconciliation…[Ne-Yo] has committed the act of adultery."

Crystal demanded temporary and permanent alimony in both child and spousal support. She told the court she relied on Ne-Yo's money to pay the bills since they agreed she wouldn't work.

"[Crystal] requests that [Ne-Yo] be solely responsible for any and all debts and obligations independently acquired by [Ne-Yo] and that [Ne-Yo] hold [Crystal] harmless for any such debts or obligations," read the filing. In it, she asked Ne-Yo to cover her $25,000 in legal fees.
