AceShowbiz - Nick Cannon knows how to treat his baby mamas respectfully for carrying and giving birth to his children. The comedian has treated Abby De La Rosa to a new house while she's currently pregnant with their third child together.

Making use of her Instagram page on Thursday, September 1, the DJ showed off the new crib with a video featuring her two children, 1-year-old twins Zion and Zillion whom she also shares with Nick, walking around an empty room. She expressed her gratitude to Nick in the caption.

"Here's to beautiful new beginnings. I'm so grateful - Thank you Dad - Zion & Zillion," so Abby wrote. She also gave a shout-out to her mother for being "the best Grandma & Realtor."

In the comment, Nick humbly responded to Abby's message to him. "You are more than welcome!!" he wrote, adding, "It's the least I can do, Thank you for the unconditional love and the most precious gifts any human can ask for!! BEAUTIFUL New Beginnings!"

Abby and Nick welcomed their twin sons in June 2021. In June the following year, Abby revealed that she has another little one, Nick's ninth child, on the way. She is due to give birth in October.

Nick is also a father to 11-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe shared with ex-wife Mariah Carey, 5-year-old son Golden and 1-year-old daughter Powerful with Brittany Bell and 2-month-old son Legendary shared with Bre Tiesi. Brittany is currently pregnant with their third child together, a baby boy. Meanwhile, his son Zen, whom he welcomed with Alyssa Scott in June 2021, died of brain cancer last year at five months old.

Bre recently talked about how Nick makes time for all his children. "He makes the schedule work," she told ET in June. "We can all go through the assistant to make sure it's on the calendar if there's anything important. But anything you say you need from him, this man always shows up. So, you know, we have X,Y and Z, it's on the calendar, he's there."
