AceShowbiz - Kanye West has been making headlines after he posted several damning posts slamming ex-wife Kim Kardashian and her mom Kris Jenner. Catching wind of the beef, Ray J decided to insert himself in the drama as he came up with his own criticism against Kris.
The singer reacted to a post about Kanye's message to Kim after she told her that Kris wanted him to stop talking about her. "From my mom- PLEASE. Tell him to please stop mentioning my name. I'm almost 67 years old and I don't always feel great and this stresses me to no end," so Kim wrote to the Yeezy designer.
In response to that, Ye hit back, "Y'all don't have so so over my black children and where they go to school. They will not do playboy and sex tapes. Tell your Clinton friends to come get me. I'm here."
Upon learning of the back-and-forth, Ray J left a comment underneath The Shade Room's post regarding the matter. The musician, who used to date Kim, wrote, "What about my mom Kris ? You telling people false stories about me, making the black man look horrible, for your gain, you introduced me to Steve HIRSH , you masterminded everything 4 your family, and tried to ruin mine at the same time smh."
He went on alleging, "you don't think all mothers get stressed? Or you special huh? - I know it's old and I don't care - this makes me sick - but God had my back and still does."
Some Internet users applauded Ray J for the comments. "Finally he's standing up for himself," one person wrote. "When he's right he's right," another person defended the "Sexy Can I" crooner. "Bout time rayj got good timing . Claps for Ray," someone else similarly wrote. Echoing the sentiment, one person noted, "I like when people speak their truth. Situations can damage people for their whole entire life. Let it out every time."
Back in May, Ray J accused Kim of lying about their infamous leaked tape. In an interview with Daily Mail, he claimed that Kim, Kris and himself planned the whole leak. "I've never leaked anything. I have never leaked a sex tape in my life. It has never been a leak," the 41-year-old said. "It's always been a deal and a partnership between Kris Jenner and Kim and me, and we've always been partners since the beginning of this thing."
He shared that he encouraged the KKW Beauty founder to release the tape in an attempt get fame after seeing how Paris Hilton's fame skyrocketed after her tape with Rick Salomon got leaked. He said that Kim gave the tape to her mom who then sent it to Vivid Entertainment.
"I've sat in the shadows for over 14 years allowing the Kardashians to use my name, to abuse my name, make billions of dollars over a decade-and-a-half talking about a topic I've never really spoken about," Ray J said. Noting that he never had the tape, he continued, "For the remainder of my life, I'm going to live in my truth and not in the lie that's been created by Kris Jenner and Kim. I will not let them do this to me anymore."
