The 'Eternals' actress is revealed to be the Jane Doe behind a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the FBI seeking to unseal records pertaining to the 2016 incident.

AceShowbiz - Angelina Jolie apparently isn't done dragging Brad Pitt for their 2016 jet fight. The actress has been revealed as a Jane Doe who filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the FBI to unseal records pertaining to the incident.

Jolie and Pitt got into an altercation while on board a plane with their six kids that led to their split several years ago. After the Assistant United States Attorney and the Assistant United States Chief of the Criminal Division discussed the case in November 2017, a decision was reached not to proceed with charges against Pitt.

Jolie is now demanding to know why FBI did not charge Pitt. According to the suit, which was filed in April of this year before being amended in August, "Ms. Doe has been seeking the withheld information for [several] years in an effort to ensure that her children receive qualified...care and...counseling to address harm suffered..."

"Information withheld by DOJ and the FBI contains evidence of the harm," the complaint, seen by Puck, read. "The persistent denial of that information to Ms. Doe...a victim of the assault herself - has hampered, and continues to hamper, her efforts to obtain for her children necessary ongoing care and medical attention, and has further harmed the children in the family law system."

A source close to Pitt insisted that all parties had been sent copies of all reports pertaining to the incident, adding, "Angelina and her team have been desperately trying to find something. This is all for show. This is all information that she already had five and half years ago. There is nothing new here."

In the initial FBI report, Jolie told officials that Pitt took her to the restroom where he "grabbed her by the head, shaking her," and also shook her by the shoulders as they argued over one of their children during the flight.

She alleged that he punched the ceiling of the plane four times after telling her, "You're f**king up this family." When the kids asked, "Are you OK, Mommy?" Pitt allegedly replied, "No, she's not OK, she's ruining this family, she's crazy."

At this point, one of the kids, whose name was redacted from the report, yelled, "It's not her, it's you, you p**k!" Pitt then allegedly ran toward the child but Jolie held him back, causing her to suffer injuries to her back and elbow in the process.

Jolie said Pitt, who had been drinking, also poured beer on her as she tried to sleep at another point. She submitted photos of her alleged injuries to the FBI and also journals from the kids.

At the end of the flight, Jolie claimed that Pitt held the family back from de-planing for about 20 minutes after she told him she was taking the kids to a hotel in California to rest. She said he yelled, "You're not taking my f**king kids," and that he pushed her.

Six days later, Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt. His team denied that he hurt his son Maddox, who reportedly defended his mom during the fight. "He is emphatic that it did not reach the level of physical abuse, that no one was physically harmed," his rep told PEOPLE at the time. "He did not hit his child in the face in any way. He did not do that; he is emphatic about that. He put his hands on him, yes, because the confrontation was spiraling out of control."

Years after the incident and their split, Jolie and Pitt are still entangled in custody battle over the minor children.
