Fans of the former host of 'The Wendy Williams Show' quickly hop on the gossip queen's latest social media post, asking whether she's okay as she looks 'sick' and 'very different.'

AceShowbiz - Wendy Williams has fans concerned after she was looking "off" and "very different" in a new clip she posted on her social media account. The former daytime TV show host is frighteningly thin in her latest sighting.

On Tuesday, August 9, the former "The Wendy Williams Show" host uploaded a new video on the @thewendyexperiencepodcast Instagram account. In the clip, she promised her fans that she'll return soon. "Co-host, I'm famous and I'll be back. Trust me," the wide-eyed gossip queen, clad in a black T-shirt and a pair of short jeans, said to the camera.

Upon noticing Wendy's thin look, many of her fans expressed their concerns in the comment section. "She's seems [sic] different. Hope she's ok," one fan commented, with another adding, "I love you Auntie but trust me we would rather see you all healed up then bringing us the messy gossip. I personally care more about you then than [sic] that [red heart emoji]." A third echoed, "You seem off..Get well 1st!!! That's the most important thing."

Someone else pointed out that Wendy "never says 'I'm famous,' " before asking, "Like what's really going on with my girl?" A separate Instagram user accused Wendy's management of taking advantage of her as writing, "Ugh can we make sure the manager isn't taking advantage of her????? this whole vibe & her with these scripted lines doesn't sit well with my spirit." Another urged, "Someone please save her from whoever this new 'manager' is. I love her too much."

Prior to this, Wendy was seen stepping out alongside a man who identified himself as her manager. During the Monday outing, the 57-year-old TV star shocked fans with her dramatic transformation, looking thinner than ever before. She wore tiny shorts and a black T-shirt, showing off her extremely slim legs and arms. Her face also showed signs of dramatic weight loss, with her cheekbones on full display.

As she stepped out, she appeared in good spirits, but slightly confused. At one point, she asked, "Where are we going?" She's also caught walking back and forth from her car to the building she stepped out from. "Well, my American Express is broken, so I gotta take care of that," she said, before asking, "Where am I flying? This is not where I'm flying."

Wendy has been sparking concerns and bizarre behavior since she took a months-long absence from "The Wendy Williams Show", which was later replaced with Sherri Shepherd's show "Sherri".

More recently, Wendy claimed that she has gotten married to an NYPD cop named Henry. "Everybody seems to have a problem with that. I'm married," she said on August 3, "I'm married! I don't care who knows it. I'm married."

Reacting to the marriage claims, Wendy's brother, Tommy Williams Jr., told Page Six that the news left him and his family incredibly confused. Tommy also described her recent appearances and interviews as "really sad." He added that since her eponymous talk show came to an end, his sister's mental state has been on the decline.

"I've been with Wendy since the very beginning and she's never talked like this, but I don't think it's her fault. It's a precarious situation," Tommy told the outlet. He further claimed that he spoke to his sister recently and that she didn't mention anything about marriage as well as her husband. "She wasn't getting married last week. I think it's kind of crazy, and very unnerving," he noted.
