The 45-year-old wrestler-turned-actor and his engineer wife, who legally married in October 2020, are seen hitting a club in Canada while dressing as a groom and a bride.

AceShowbiz - It seems like John Cena and his wife Shay Shariatzadeh are finally getting to celebrate their marriage in a wedding bash after it was postponed due to COVID-19. According to a new report, the couple was seen hitting a club in Canada on Friday afternoon, July 15 while being dressed as a groom and a bride.

In some pictures obtained by TMZ, the WWE star and his engineer wife were featured heading into The Vancouver Club, one of the nicest venues in the city. The "Peacemaker" star donned a navy suit which he paired with camel-colored oxfords. Shay, meanwhile, looked stunning in a white halter cut, backless dress.

The outlet, however, noted that it remains unclear if the couple, who legally married in 2020, was heading to the actual wedding ceremony or a rehearsal.

John and Shay tied the knot in a private ceremony in Tampa, Florida in October 2020. The pair were first spotted together in March 2019. At the time, the then-new lovebirds walked arm-in-arm during a romantic stroll in Vancouver, Canada. After keeping their relationship low-key, they made their red carpet debut as a couple at the "Playing With Fire" premiere in October 2019.

Even though they have been married for almost two years, John claimed earlier this year that he's not interested in having kids just yet. "It's hard work to balance the time I need to run myself correctly," the wrestler-turned-actor explained to Drew Barrymore on "The Drew Barrymore Show" back in January.

He further explained, "It's work to be the best partner and husband I can be to my loving wife. It's hard to keep connections with those in my life that I love And it's also hard to put in an honest days work."

After the host said that he would "make the world's greatest father" because he's good with kids, John said that just because someone is good at something, it's not a strong enough reason to do it. "You have to have passion for it. You have to have fuel for it," he shared. "It's like saying to someone, 'Man, you know, you're pretty good with your hands, you'd be a great carpenter,' but if I want to be an actor, I'll be an actor."
