AceShowbiz - Demi Lovato is back with new music. On Friday, July 15, the "Cool for the Summer" hitmaker treated fans to a new single called "Substance" as well as its official music video.

The former Disney darling completely loses it in the Cody Critcheloe-directed visuals. After climbing into the window of an office building, they interrupt a meeting by standing at a desk surrounded by business executives.

The musician also throws papers in the air before destroying a gold record plaque with a baseball bat. After creating some chaotic scenes, the "Camp Rock" star poses for cameras along with their pals and fellow celebrity Paris Hilton.

"Am I the only one looking for substance?" they sing in the rock. "Got high, it only left me lonely and loveless/ Don't wanna end up in a casket, head full of maggots/ Body full of jack s**t, I get an abundance/ Am I the only one looking for substance?"

"Substance" is one of 16 tracks off Demi's upcoming album "HOLY FVCK". The 29-year-old announced last month that the project, which will mark their return to pop-punk and rock, will be dropped on August 19 via Island Records.

"The process of making this album has been the most fulfilling yet, and I'm grateful to my fans and collaborators for being on this journey with me," Demi said in a statement about their eight album, which is available for pre-order in CD, vinyl and cassette formats. "Never have I been more sure of myself and my music, and this record speaks that for itself."

Demi further showed their gratitude to their fans by saying, "To my Lovatics who have been rocking out with me since the beginning and those who are just now coming along for the ride, thank you." They concluded their message, "This record is for you."
