AceShowbiz - Denise Richards has followed in her daughter's footsteps. Days after Sam "Sami" Sheen launched her OnlyFans account, the former star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" revealed that she also signed up for the adult-only platform.
The 51-year-old announced her new venture via Instagram on Thursday, June 23. Posting a video of herself paddling in the ocean while wearing a white dress, she wrote, "Ready…here we go [yellow heart emoji] #onlyfans. Link in bio."
Denise has since earned praise from her online devotees. "OMG PLOT TWIST!!! Get it Denise!!!!," one person gushed. "Yaaas Mrs Richards that's what support looks like," another raved, while someone else commented, "I love this! What a great support."
Unlike her ex-husband Charlie Sheen, Denise has supported Sami's decision to join OnlyFans. "Sami is 18, and this decision wasn't based on whose house she lives in," she said, clapping back at her former spouse. "All I can do as a parent is guide her and trust her judgment, but she makes her own choices."
Despite facing tons of criticism, the actress continued to defend her teen daughter against her "judgmental" father Charlie and haters. "Lots of negative comments on my social this past week," the TV personality, who shares two daughters with the actor, wrote on her Instagram page on June 17.
"I have to say, I wish I had the confidence my 18 yr old daughter has," she added. "And I also can't be judgmental of her choices. I did Wild Things & Playboy, quite frankly her father shouldn't be either."
"And to be able to ignore the negativity at her age? It took me many years & I still sometimes struggle," Denise further noted. "I'm in awe of her ability to be able to shut out the noise. Because it can destroy you."
As for Sami, who turned 18 years old in March, she announced her OnlyFans page via Instagram on June 13. Sharing a picture of her rocking a black bikini and red lips, she wrote in the caption, "click the link in my bio if u wanna see more."
