AceShowbiz - "Teen Mom 2" star Briana DeJesus celebrated her legal victory against co-star Kailyn Lowry in style. After a judge dismissed Kailyn's defamation lawsuit against her, Briana invited her loved ones to a party to celebrate the outcome.
On Sunday, May 15, Briana took to her Instagram account to share some pictures and clips from the bash, which was also attended by fellow "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans. "Wanted to say thank you to everyone who came to my party," so the 27-year-old TV star wrote in one Story. "It was such a blast! I am truly blessed to have y'all in my circle! Loyalty is everything."
At the party, which took place a day earlier, the attendees could be seen showing off their best dance moves and drinking shots out of syringes to toast Briana's win. The guests were donning pink outfits as it fit the event theme.
Jenelle appeared to have a blast at the event as she gushed over Briana in an Instagram Story video on Saturday. "@_brianadejesus knows how to throw a party," so she said while panning the camera to pink cupcakes and macarons on a shelf next to "Bye" and "Hoe" signs.
Back in April, Briana confirmed that she won the defamation suit in a statement to Celebuzz. "I won," she shared on April 18, adding, "Alexa play 'b***h better have my money!' " As for Kailyn, the "Coffee Convos" podcast host reacted to the ruling in an Instagram Story. "While today's ruling is unfortunate, I have to respect the judge's decision," the "Pride Over Pity" author wrote at the time. "With that being said, I stand by my truth and the information spread about me is still not true."
"I would like to thank my legal team for fighting for me, and I am looking forward to life after this lawsuit so I can focus my energy solely on my boys and my future business endeavors," Kailyn, who started beefing with Briana after she started dating Kailyn's ex-husband Javi Marroquin, continued.
Kailyn previously claimed in her court complaint that Briana falsely accused her of physically assaulting her ex Chris Lopez and breaking into his home. Kailyn, who shares sons Lux and Creed with Chris, was arrested amid the incident before the charges were eventually dropped.
