On Tuesday, May 10, Daily Mail released photos of the 35-year-old former actress sporting what appeared to be a wedding ring while out and about in New York City. During the outing, she wasn't accompanied by her partner of five years.
For the stroll, Ashley donned a black coat and a matching face mask. The co-founder of the luxury fashion brand The Row also wore a pair of black sunglasses before entering her car. She later removed them and her face mask while taking a phone call in the backseat of her vehicle.
The lovebirds have kept a very low profile throughout their romance, which reportedly began in 2017 after being friends for years. The couple was first spotted together at the Hammer Museum's Gala in the Garden in October 2017.
Ashley and Louis reportedly met through mutual connections. Louis' mom, Lisa Eisner, is a famous fashion photographer and jewelry designer, while his dad, Eric Eisner, is a Hollywood executive.
Back in July 2019, Ashley sparked rumors that she'd gotten engaged to Louis. At the time, the child actress-turned-fashion designer was caught wearing a black ring on her wedding finger.
In June last year, an insider spilled to In Touch Weekly that their romance works so well because they both value their privacy. "He doesn't crave the spotlight, so that's a huge plus," the source said, adding that her sister Mary-Kate "adores him."
Then in September 2021, Ashley and Louis stepped out to the YES 20th Anniversary Celebration at The Maybourne Beverly Hills, California. The pair, who attended the event to support Louis' father and his non-profit organization, made their red carpet debut as a couple.
For the Young Eisner Scholars' big night, the older sister of Elizabeth Olsen wore an all-black ensemble. In the meantime, her partner looked dapper in a white T-shirt that he paired with his classic black suit.
