AceShowbiz - Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodriguez have named their newborn daughter Bella Esmeralda. The model made use of her social media account to announce the name of their baby girl to the world by posting a series of photos of the tot on Instagram.
The 28-year-old beauty, who has been in a relationship with the soccer star since 2017, penned in the caption, "Bella Esmeralda [heart emoji] 180422.(sic)" The post has since garnered more than 5 million likes.
Cristiano, meanwhile, has also posted an image of himself and Bella's late twin on the photo-sharing platform. The athlete, who boasted more than 400 million followers on Instagram, captioned the black-and-white image, "Forever Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you."
Cristiano announced her son's death in April. He described his baby boy's as the "greatest pain that any parents can feel".The Manchester United player, who also has four-year-old daughter Alana Martina with Georgina, 11-year-old Cristiano Jr. and four-year-old twins Eva and Mateo, said on Instagram at the time, "It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away. It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel.”
"Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness. We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support," he added. "We are all devastated at this loss and we kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time. Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you."
