The 'Once Upon a Time in Hollywood' star is allegedly under the impression that the 'Maleficent' actress hopes their children 'will want nothing to do with' him once they are of age.

AceShowbiz - Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's custody battle has been going on for years and it doesn't see any signs of coming to an end anytime soon. This apparently has led the actor to suspect that his ex-wife uses this tactic to have their kids against him for good.
According a source, the 58-year-old "has been lamenting to pals" about the ongoing legal drama. The source tells Us Weekly for its new issue that the "Moneyball" star thinks the actress "will never agree to joint custody and is going to run out the clock until the kids are 18."
The "Ocean's Eleven" star is allegedly under the impression that his ex hopes the children "will want nothing to do with" him once they are of age. Despite the long and difficult battle, the Oscar-winning actor "will not give up the fight."
Brad and Angie have been fighting over the custody of their children following their split in September 2016. Two of their children, Maddox, 20, Pax, 18, are now adults, while they also share Zahara, 17, Shiloh, 15, and twins Vivienne and Knox, 13.
Angie had full custody of their children until May 2021, when Brad was granted joint custody. However, in July of that year, Los Angeles superior court judge John W. Ouderkirk was removed from the case due to concerns over his impartiality as he did not sufficiently disclose business relationships with Brad's lawyers. The "Eternals" star had previously attempted to disqualify the judge in August 2020.
Brad filed a petition in September 2021 to review the judge's removal, but the California Supreme Court denied the motion in October. Since then, the custody arrangement adheres to the November 2018 agreement regarding their minor children.
Despite their nasty divorce battle, Brad reportedly wants to repair his fractured relationship with his ex. "Brad hopes that one day he and Angelina find a way to forgive each other and move forward, for the kids' sakes if nothing else," a so-called insider said ahead of the new year. "He hates all the bad blood."
