AceShowbiz - More sickening details regarding Archie Eversole's shocking death have been unearthed. After it was revealed that authorities suspect he was murdered by his own brother, new report says the rapper was shot in the face while he was asleep.

Per TMZ report, Archie was able to respond to cops' questions before he took his last breath. According to the police report, he told cops someone had kicked open his bedroom door and he was awakened by a gunshot to his face on March 25, but he couldn't see who shot him.

Police then asked Archie if the shooter was still in the home and he shook his head yes. When cops asked if he knew who it was, Archie reportedly wouldn't answer before he started to fade in and out of consciousness.

Archie was found by police at a Decatur gas station with a gunshot wound to his face on March 25. He was rushed to the hospital, but died from his injuries on April 3. He was 37 years old.

His brother Alexander Krause was later arrested at Archie's home after police noticed fresh blood covering the front door and a trail of blood from the stairs to Archie's room where the blood-spattered door had been busted through. There was also blood all over the bed, pilots and the wall.

Alexander initially told cops he was fine and just checking on his brother, but police noticed he had blood on his socks. He also told police he was limping from a blister on his foot. He was eventually charged with murder and is currently in custody in DeKalb County.
