AceShowbiz - Ewan McGregor is set to make his relationship with Mary Elizabeth Winstead legal soon. If a new report is to be believed, the "[t=Fargo[" actor will tie the knot with his girlfriend this week.
A source told Page Six that the 51-year-old Scottish native will wed Mary on Friday, April 22 in Los Angeles. "They are more in love than ever - and having their first child together last year just strengthened their bond," the source added.
The news arrived ten months after Ewan and Mary welcomed a baby boy. Confirming the news was the actor's daughter, Clara McGregor, who shared some sweet pictures of ber cradling the baby. "Welcome to the world little brother," she gushed in the caption. "congratulations to my Dad & Mary - this is the greatest gift."
Ewan and Mary met and fell in love while filming TV drama "Fargo" together in 2017. He was previously married to Eve Mavraki, with whom he shares daughters Clara, Esther and Jamyan. The former couple, who also adopted a baby girl named Anouk, finalized their divorce in August 2020.
Clara previously was very outspoken about her father's new romance after a fan tagged a photo of Ewan and Mary sharing a kiss at a Vanity Fair Oscars party, calling the actress "the most beautiful and talented woman on earth." In response, she argued, "Most beautiful and talented woman on earth??? ... Oh man y'all are delusional. The girl is a piece of trash."
Several months later, Clara acknowledged the immaturity of her Instagram post, adding, "I was angry and upset." She went on to explain, "There had been a lot building up to it and a lot to deal with - not to make excuses or anything - but, yeah, it wasn't my finest moment."
"I said how I felt and I didn't want to apologize for it," she added. "It wasn't the right way to go about things, but it's a hard thing to wrap your head around when you feel you had this idea of what the family unit is and then to have that shift. It's very weird."
