AceShowbiz - Chloe Bailey and Gunna have been swept in persistent dating rumors that have been going on for several months now. Despite their multiple outings and supposed evidence that fueled the speculation, the R&B artist has insisted that she is currently not in a relationship.
The one-half of the musical duo Chloe x Halle addressed her relationship status during a Q&A with her fans on Twitter on Monday, April 11. As she's "in the mood to answer some questions," she let her followers ask her "anything."
One person asked the 23-year-old singer/actress, "what's ur relationship status." Not dodging the question, the "Have Mercy" songstress simply responded with "single," once again shutting down the speculation that she is romantically linked to Gunna.
Chloe has repeatedly denied the dating rumors despite her apparent romantic displays with Gunna. Back in February, the "Black-ish" star seemingly spilled her rumored boyfriend's sweet treat to her on Valentine's Day.
On her Instagram Story, she posted a video showing her walking into an apartment decorated with balloons and flowers. She also shared a picture of a bouquet of pink roses and a pink bag that were likely gifted to her by her rumored boyfriend.
Suspiciously, Gunna posted on his own Story a clip of a room featuring identical decor, before he removed it. On the same day, the two were pictured leaving BOA Steakhouse in West Hollywood, California together. During the dinner date, Chloe carried the flower bouquet and the small bag which she showed on her Story.
Gunna previously denied the rumors that they were dating. "We're really close friends," he told "The Breakfast Club" hosts Charlamagne Tha God, DJ Envy and Angela Yee in January, while also clarifying, "We ain't cousins." Echoing the statement, Chloe described the "Drip Too Hard" emcee as "a good friend" on Instagram Live.
