The Instagram model quickly walks off the lobby area of Grand Beach Hotel after a woman filming her tells her that she should 'go,' believing that the 25-year-old killed her boyfriend.

AceShowbiz - Courtney Tailor has been confronted by a stranger, days after she allegedly fatally stabbed her boyfriend. The Instagram model was chased out of a hotel where she was having a drink with her father following the death of her BF Christian Tobechukwu Obumseli.

In a video which surfaced online, Courtney was seen in the lobby of Grand Beach Hotel in Miami on Friday, April 8 when the woman filming her confronted her about allegedly killing her boyfriend. Looking uncomfortable, the OnlyFans star, who wore a denim jacket, camo formfitting jeans and a white ball cap, got up and walked away as the fellow patron shouted at her, "You should go."

Sorry, the video has been removed.

When asked why she was so rude, the woman said, "Cuz you just killed your boyfriend. Yeah? Okay? Cool. Yeah, you did." The woman who posted the video also expressed her disbelief that Courtney was allowed to enter the hotel she was staying at.

"I'm in absolute disgust that I'm even staying in the same hotel!" the woman complained. "Grand Beach do better," she continued. "You shouldn't have murderers in your facility." She went on ranting, "She should be locked up but instead she's at your hotel bar with her father and other guest having drinks."

Courtney's attorney Frank Prieto has confirmed that it was his client in the video. He says Courtney was there that night with her father to have a drink in private. "It is unfortunate that a member of the public, knowing absolutely nothing about circumstances and events surrounding the death Mr. Obumseli, would take the opportunity to harass the Clenney family during a time that they are trying to be supportive for Courtney," he tells TMZ.

He claims that Courtney is the victim of "physical, emotional, and mental abuse at the hands of Mr. Obumseli," while also suggesting she may even have been a "victim of human trafficking," without elaborating much further.

Frank goes on arguing that "Courtney acted in self-defense." He divulges, "At the time of the incident, Mr. Obumseli was committing a forcible felony. He had gained access to Courtney's apartment without permission on several occasions in the days leading up to this incident."

He insists, "Courtney acted in self-defense; the investigation by both the City of Miami Police Department and the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office will conclude such. With that said, we would ask for the public's understanding about observing the family's privacy at this time."

Courtney allegedly stabbed her boyfriend Christian to death during a domestic dispute on Sunday, April 3. When police officers responded to a 911 call from Courtney at the One Paraiso apartment in Miami, they found the 27-year-old man stabbed once in the shoulder. Christian was transported to a nearby hospital, but he eventually succumbed to his injuries.

She was detained and later taken to a mental institution after she threatened to kill herself when she was taken to the police department for questioning. She was released after being held for evaluation for three days.
