AceShowbiz - Bow Wow's baby mama Olivia Sky needs his help to take care of their son due to her latest health issue. Unfortunately, the model claimed she couldn't reach out to the "Let Me Hold You" hitmaker because he allegedly blocked her from contacting him.

Taking to Instagram Story on Thursday, April 7, Olivia divulged that she got food poisoning. "It sucks because I got food poisoning so bad," she lamented. "Can't be in mommy mode and throwing up everywhere [sad face emoji]."

"Can't even ask his daddy for help because I'm blocked," Olivia added in another post. "Never complain but I am today .... Then gonna pray on it and let it go."

It remains unknown where things stand between Olivia and Bow Wow. However, in January, she threw shades at "The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift" actor for not being a "real father" by writing on her Story, "I swear I salute all the real fathers!"

"The ones who actually get their child and spend time with them. The ones who calls and check on them on a daily basis. The ones who actually stand on what they say! The ones who call and volunteer to get them and the mother don't have to ask!" she pointed out. "The ones who pick their child up to get their hair cut when it's time. (the ones who have boys)."

Bow Wow, who also shares 10-year-old daughter Shai Moss with Joie Chavis, welcomed his son with Olivia in September 2020. The "Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta" star previously seemingly tried to disown the baby boy until he was confirmed by court that he is indeed the father of Stone Moss.

A court document obtained by The Neighborhood Talk stated, "It is the Judgment of this Court that the Child of the parties, STONE KAMIN ('Child') born in 2020 is hereby declared to be the legitimate son of Respondent, Shad Moss, capable of inheriting from Respondent in the same manner as if born in lawful wedlock." It added, "The Child shall hereafter be known as STONE MOSS and the Department of Vital Statistics shall show the Child's birth certificate to include Respondent as father."
