The Poosh founder and the Blink-182 drummer secretly tied the knot in One Love Chapel on early Monday, April 4 after the Grammys, but it's reportedly not legal yet.

AceShowbiz - Kourtney Kardashian apparently had a little too much to drink following her secret wedding to Travis Barker. The reality TV star was caught stumbling back into their hotel in Las Vegas at 2:30 A.M. on Monday, April 4 after their impromptu nuptials.

In a video obtained by Daily Mail, the mother of three looked a bit unsteady on her feet and needed Travis' help to support her when arriving at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas. The rocker kept his arm around her as they walked down the path to the lobby of the hotel.

"Is there a better way to go in," Travis reportedly inquired with a security guard as they walked into the lobby. Kourtney looked more steady after getting a few strides in.

A source tells the site Kourtney enjoyed "a few drinks" earlier that night, following Travis' performance with Lenny Kravitz and H.E.R. at the 2022 Grammy Awards on Sunday. It's unclear if she was already drunk when she exchanged vows with Travis in a chapel.

The impromptu wedding took place around 1:30 A.M. on Monday in One Love Wedding chapel, according to TMZ. They said their "I do" in front of an Elvis Presley impersonator and didn't allow the venue to take any photos, bringing their own photographer and security instead.

The chapel's owner Marty Frierson dishes on the couple's secret wedding. "I didn't know who it was until they pulled up. I advertise as 24-hours but they wanted to make sure I was still there. They paid and they requested Elvis Presley, that was mandatory. I called back 5 minutes later and was like, I got an Elvis, and there they were," he tells PEOPLE.

"They came, got married, tossed the bouquet in the driveway, and danced to Elvis," Marty adds. "They showed a lot of love and had a lot of fun." He says the ceremony lasted about 30 minutes.

Initial report said Kourtney and Travis had a marriage license and presented it to the chapel's owner, who was also a witness, as its website notes that it won't conduct a ceremony without a marriage license. However, a source close to the engaged couple says they hadn't got a license, which means their wedding isn't legal yet.

While they seemingly fake-eloped in Vegas for fun, a real wedding may be just around the corner. The pair are reportedly planning "several" other celebrations with "lots of fanfare."

Neither Kourtney nor Travis has confirmed the reports of their Las Vegas wedding, but his ex Shanna Moakler has reacted to the news. "Congratulations to the happy couple," the former Miss New York USA says in a statement to PEOPLE. "I wish them the best that life has to offer on their journey together."
