AceShowbiz - Kanye West apparently vows to get better for the sake of his children. The rapper has reportedly told his ex-wife Kim Kardashian that he's "going away to get help" following his public rants over the custody of their four kids.

According to Page Six, the Atlanta native also promises to restrain himself from making any public appearances and provocative statements. A source close to the Kardashians tells the site, "For the sake of the kids, Kanye has told Kim he's not making any public appearances or inflammatory social media statements, and he will go away somewhere to get better."

It's not immediately clear, though, if Ye plans to go into a treatment facility or what type of treatment that he will seek. He is believed to have been staying in Los Angeles to be with his children.

When asked for confirmation on the matter, a rep for Ye says, "At this time, Ye is committed to a healthy co-parenting relationship with Kim and is and focused on raising their beautiful children."

Ye and Kim were feuding online following his online attacks on her regarding the custody of their four children. The Yeezy designer also came under fire for harassing her boyfriend Pete Davidson as well as Trevor Noah and D.L. Hughley.

On Sunday, March 27, however, the former spouses put on a united front to attend their son Saint's soccer game in Los Angeles. It marked the first time the SKIMS founder and the Grammy Award-winning artist were seen together in public since his online attacks.

During the family outing, the awkwardness between them showed through their body language as they mostly kept their distance during the family outing. While Kim was sitting on a chair with her daughter Chicago on her lap, Ye was squatting and filming his son with his phone camera.
