If a new report is to be believed, the possibility of the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' alum joining the cast is 'causing quite a stir among the ladies' on the Bravo reality TV show.

AceShowbiz - Kris Jenner may be joining the "Real Housewives" franchise anytime soon. If a new report is to be believed, the former "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star is set to join "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" to replace one of its cast members.

"The buzz is she'll come onto the next season as a friend of the cast," a source spilled to Life&Style. The insider went on to note that the famed momager "will eventually replace Lisa Rinna."

Rumors have it, Kris may be appearing as a friend of Kyle Richards, who is among the OG cast members of the Bravo reality TV show. The mom of Kim Kardashian is also friendly with several other ladies as she has made cameo appearances.

"Kris knows a good opportunity when she sees one," the source went on to share. Referring to her family's upcoming new show on Hulu, the informant added, "Of course, she's excited about the family's Hulu series and appearing on it, but 'Housewives' is a whole different ball game."

The possible cast shakeup is allegedly "causing quite a stir among the ladies."

This is not the first time for Kris to be rumored to join "RHOBH". Back in September 2020, Kris addressed the speculations, saying that she didn't have time for it.

"I think I would do it just to go on once in a while and be with my friend Kyle Richards," Kris told Ellen DeGeneres on her show. "But as far as me doing a show like that regularly, there's just too much going on in my life … and they do not need a Kris Jenner on that show. They are doing just fine."

Andy Cohen also appeared to shut down the rumors. "I don't think she would do it. She is leaving a show for which she has total control over," he opined on SiriusXM's "Radio Andy". "Why would she leave and join a show that she has no control over?"

"She wouldn't be an executive producer of the show. She wouldn't have control over the edits," he continued. "I think for someone who is used to having so much power of a show, I can't see her surrendering that power."
