The 'I Feel Pretty' star oozes confidence as she displays her fit physique in a black one-piece swimwear in an Instagram picture after getting her 'strength back.'

AceShowbiz - Amy Schumer is feeling "good" these days after years of suffering from endometriosis. The actress/comedian displayed her fit physique in a new photo after undergoing surgery to remove her uterus and having liposuction.

The 40-year-old made use of her Instagram page on Tuesday, January 18 to give an update on her mental and physical health. In the picture, she oozed confidence as she showed off her bikini body in a black one-piece swimsuit with an open back while posing on the beach.

The "Trainwreck" star wrote about how she got her "strength back" in the caption. "I feel good. Finally," she declared. "It's been a journey thanks for helping me get my strength back @seckinmd (endo) @jordanternermd (lipo)."

She added, "never thought i would do anything but talk to me after your uterus doesn't contract for 2.5 years and you turn 40. @paulvincent22 vickie Lee (acupuncture) my girl Nicole from the tox my friends and fam. Let's go!"

Amy's post was met with supportive messages from her fans and followers. One in particular was Michelle Pfeiffer who wrote, "Congratulations." Olivia Munn left two heart emojis, while makeup artist Andrea Tiller gushed, "You look amazing girl!"

Kerry Washington commented with "XOXOXOXOXOX." Mindy Kaling chimed in by saying, "Healthy, sexy, happy, love it." Another user wrote, "So happy you feel good AND this hot tamale peekaboo back SUIT."

Amy revealed last September that she had a hysterectomy and her appendix removed after years of pain from endometriosis, a condition in which the tissue that usually lines the uterus grows outside of it. At the time, she shared a video of her lying in a hospital bed, saying it was "the morning after my surgery for endometriosis and my uterus is out."

"The doctor found 30 spots of endometriosis that he removed. He removed my appendix because the endometriosis had attacked it. There was... a lot of blood in my uterus and I'm, you know, sore and I have some, like, gas pains," she shared. "All my lifelong pain explained and lifted out of my body. I am already a changed person. I am busting with joy for the new energy I have to be with my son."
