The 'Used to Love You Sober' crooner and his spouse, who have kept their pregnancy with Kodi private, take to their own respective social media accounts to share photos of the baby.

AceShowbiz - Kane Brown is now a father of two. Having welcomed his second child with wife Katelyn, the "One Mississippi" crooner took to social media to introduce their "new family member" to the world.

The 28-year-old musician broke the exciting news on Friday, December 31. Taking to his Instagram account, he shared a photo of him, his spouse and their new bundle of joy in a hospital.

Kane also gave fans a closer look at the infant by posting a black-and-white picture of the baby sleeping soundly. In the caption, he gushed, "New year, New family member [one red heart emoji] welcome to the family Kodi Jane, secrets finally out."

The post has since been flooded with positive feedback from Kane's famous friends. One in particular was Jimmie Allen who exclaimed, "Congrats bro!!" Actor Taylor Lautner, meanwhile, marveled, "LETS GOOOOO!!!!!!!"

Also announcing the baby's arrival was Kane's wife, Katelyn. Turning to her own Instagram page, she posted a similar photo and some other pictures of her and the tot. "Blessed with another beautiful angel Kodi Jane Brown… we love you so much," she penned in the accompanying message.

The news came as a surprise for fans considering the fact that the parents never announced their second pregnancy. Kodi's arrival came more than two years after the "Used to Love You Sober" singer and his wife welcomed their first child together named Kingsley Rose.

In October, the country star celebrated his daughter's second birthday with a Minnie Mouse-themed party. Posting an Instagram photo of the toddler from the bash, the proud dad wrote, "Happy 2nd birthday beautiful! It's crazy to think it's been 2 years already."

In March, Kane opened up about how "Kingsley has completely changed [his and Katelyn's] lives for the better." In an interview with PEOPLE, he shared, "I know when I get home and I'm exhausted, just holding her makes my day completely better."

"I have learned to be patient, and I've also learned that there's true love. And if anybody ever got between me and my daughter, I don't know what would go on," he quipped. "She's super chill. Kind of like me, just laid back, and if she gets mad, she's super easy to cheer up real quick."
