Haley, who confirmed her relationship with Patrick in April, announces the engagement news by sharing some pictures from the proposal on her Instagram account.

AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for Hannah Brown's brother and his girlfriend. Around eight months after confirming their relationship, Patrick and Haley Stevens finally got engaged.
Revealing the happy news was Haley on her Instagram page on Sunday, December 19 by letting out some pictures from the proposal. They included some snaps that showed Patrick getting down on his knee. Another image saw the lovebirds locking lips as she showed off her massive square-shaped diamond ring.
"12.18.21. I said YES to forever with my best friend!!…and it was perfect!" she gushed in the caption of the post. "Thank you to everyone who made this day so special! And to my FIANCE, I love you!!!"
Haley and Patrick celebrated their engagement in Mentone, Alabama along with their family. In one photo, Patrick and Haley posed next to their parents. However, Hannah was nowhere to be seen in the picture. She has yet to publicly comment on the engagement news.
Though so, Hannah previously revealed that she's supportive of Patrick's love life despite the fact that Haley is her ex Jed Wyatt's former girlfriend. "I love my brother and I'm just so thankful for all the changes that he's made in his life," she first told Us Weekly. "Because that just really impacted the way that our family dynamic is. Both of us have kind of gone on our own journey of healing."
"About his love life - I don't choose who my brother loves and who he wants to be with," the season 15 star of "The Bachelorette" went on explaining in the November interview. "But I love him and want him to be happy."
Hannah was briefly engaged to Jed after he proposed to her in the 2019 season of "The Bachelorette". The now-exes unfortunately called it off while the show was airing amid allegations that he's still dating Haley. The country singer, however, already shut down the allegations.
As for Patrick and Haley, they sparked dating rumors in February. It was not until April that she went public with their relationship. Posting pictures of her and her then-beau on Instagram, she gushed, "I sure love lovin' you @patrickbrown81. Happy Birthday Baby!!"
