The husband of the 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' cast member was arrested by cops in Los Angeles around Thanksgiving holiday following a business dinner.

AceShowbiz - "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" husband Paul "PK" Kemsley was apparently taken into custody by police before Thanksgiving Day. The Bravo reality TV star was arrested in the middle of the night for suspicion of driving under influence following a dinner.

Kemsley, who's married to "RHOBH" member Dorit Kemsely, was pulled over on the 101 freeway in Los Angeles after police noticed his Bentley wearing in traffic. He was taken to police station after he blew a breathalyzer test. He failed his test again at the station.

The 54-year-old property developer was eventually released after being given a citation. His lawyer told The Daily Mail the businessman only had a glass of wine and he had "learned a valuable lesson."

"PK was arrested and cited on November 23 on suspicion of DUI. While out with a business colleague, PK consumed a glass of wine with dinner," the lawyer claimed.

"Following a traffic stop, it was determined that he may have been close to the legal limit. He regrets the fact he did not take alternate transportation home that evening."

"PK takes the allegations extremely seriously and fully cooperated with the authorities. This would mark the first and only such incident in PK's long driving history. He has learned a valuable lesson."

The DUI arrest came after a robbery in his house. His wife Dorit and their two children, Phoenix, five, and Jagger, seven, were home when the thieves broke into the house in October. She allegedly begged the intruders not to harm her and her children as she was held at gunpoint.

The robbers snatched all of her jewellery and designer handbags. They ran off with $100,000 worth of her valuables after ransacking the Encino Hills, California house.

Paul Kemsley was in London when the home invasion happened. He quickly flew home after being contacted by police.
