One of the 'Lollipop' spitter's guards reports him for allegedly brandishing an assault rifle during a heated argument at the star's Hidden Hills, California home.

AceShowbiz - While a star usually hires a bodyguard to protect them, Lil Wayne is accused of threatening one of his own guards. The rapper is reportedly under investigation for allegedly pulling a gun on his own bodyguard during a heated argument.

The guard told cops he and the Young Money Entertainment CEO got into a fight at the 39-year-old's Hidden Hills, California home, according to TMZ. He claimed the altercation started when Weezy accused him of taking photos and leaking them to the media.

Law enforcement sources tell the site that the altercation turned to physical violence, during which Wayne brandished an assault riffle. The sources say Weezy told the guard to leave the house after the initial dispute, but the guard went to the bathroom first instead of leaving immediately. That's when the "Got Money" emcee allegedly waved an AR-15.

The bodyguard then left the property and went to the guard shack, where he called police. By the time police arrived, Weezy reportedly already left the property.

A source close to Wayne denies the allegations by the guard, insisting that the New Orleans native doesn't even have a gun. Other law enforcement sources say cops have some doubts about the guard's story because he did not have any marks on his body or injuries despite the alleged physical confrontation.

The guard reportedly also does not want to press charges against Wayne, but cops are still investigating the allegations.

Wayne was previously sentenced to one year in prison for attempted criminal possession of a weapon in 2010. He was released in November of the same year after serving eight months of his year-long sentence.

In December 2020, Wayne pleaded guilty to a federal firearms charge brought against him by the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. This plea stemmed from an incident during December of the previous year, when he was arrested in Florida after transporting a loaded handgun on his private jet from California. As a convicted felon, he is barred from possessing such weapons. He was pardoned by then-president Donald Trump in January as part of his last-minute pardon spree.
