The record producer, who filed for divorce from his estranged wife in November after three years of marriage, also asks the court to prohibit the singer from collecting spousal support from him.

AceShowbiz - Stevie J wants the bag amid his ongoing divorce from Faith Evans. The record producer, who filed for divorce from the singer last month, reportedly asks the court to order his estranged wife to pay him monthly spousal support.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, the 50-year-old filled out the box on the divorce filing that says "spousal or domestic partner support payable" to him. He also marked the spot asking to "terminate the court's ability to award support to (Faith)."

The divorce filing doesn't specify if the couple has a prenuptial agreement. Stevie says in the docs he is "unaware of the nature and extent of his separate property assets and debts and will amend his Petition when same are ascertained."

He also says, "The true nature and extent of the community/quasi-community assets and debts are unknown at this time," meaning he believes some of the couple's finances are both his and Faith's and leaves it to the court to divide them.

Stevie additionally asks the court to force Faith to pay the attorney fees for both of them.

Stevie, who filed the divorce papers in November after three years of marriage, confirmed he and Faith got married on July 17, 2018 in the filing. He listed October 19, 2021 as the date of separation and cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason of their split. The two don't have a child together.

Just days after he filed for divorce, Stevie and Faith sparked reconciliation rumors as they hit the beach together. In a video posted by the "I'll Be Missing You" hitmaker, they were seen doing cartwheels on the sand. "Get us free, bruh! @hitmansteviej_1," she wrote, tagging her husband in the caption.

Later in the same month, a video surfaced of Stevie accusing Faith of having sex with someone else in their home. After alleging that the "Soon as I Get Home" singer cheated on him, the former "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star repeatedly called her a "b***h."

He, however, later apologized to his estranged wife. "A video was released last week and it showed me talking crazy to my wife, publicly humiliating my wife," he said in a video released on Thanksgiving. "I'd like to apologize and say sorry that I would allow someone to come in my home and steal a computer and be able to do that to us."

"You're an amazing person. I'd like to apologize to your family. They don't deserve that either," he continued expressing his regret. "Nah, she ain't cheat. I was just in the moment, you know how us guys do. I'd like to take the time to apologize to Faith and let you know I love you and I'm here for you always."
