Mesha Collins, who tried to break into the Canadian rapper's house twice back in 2017, accuses the emcee of using her name and likeness in 'defamatory matters.'

AceShowbiz - Drake refused to stay silent after his trespasser launched legal action against him. Having been sued for $4 billion by a woman who tried to break into his house several years ago, the "Certified Lover Boy" artist fired back at the lawsuit.

According to Radar Online, Mesha Collins filed the lawsuit in June. He accused the Canadian rapper of using her name and likeness in "defamatory matters" by "releasing music, posting on Instagram and endorsing products that had names that invaded her privacy by revealing to the world where she lived."

Drake has previously denied the "frivolous" lawsuit which was based on "delusional figments of her imagination." Claiming that he didn't even know the trespasser, the emcee filed a declaration in the case, saying, "In April 2017, somebody broke into my Los Angeles home when I was not there. At the time of that incident, I was not told any details about the trespasser, including her name."

"I do not know Plaintiff. I have never met her and have never communicated with her. I did not even know of Plaintiff until this lawsuit was filed and served," the hitmaker added. "Indeed, I was unaware of Plaintiff's identity, name, or where she alleges she lives until the filing and service of this lawsuit."

Drake's lawyer, Stanton "Larry" Stein, then filed new documents, insisting that the lawsuit is nothing more than Mesha's tool to make contact with the hip-hop star. "He has also not divulged private information about Collins. This is a frivolous case brought for the purpose of making contact with Graham," he wrote.

Mesha first slipped into Drake's house in April 2017 when she later hung out in his bedroom as she wore one of his hoodies. Although she was arrested for trespassing, the woman tried to enter his property once again in July that year. Just like the previous incident, the "God's Plan" hitmaker was not at home at the time.
