Farrah, who was fired in October 2017 because she worked in adult industry, returned for the spin-off, joining her OG co-stars Amber Portwood and Maci Bookout. While OG Catelynn Baltierra was unable to participate on the show, it will feature "Teen Mom 2" stars Leah Messer, Briana DeJesus and Jade Cline.
