The NBA star allegedly demands an immediate DNA test after a personal trainer named Maralee Nichols, who is suing for child support, gave birth to a baby boy.

AceShowbiz - Tristan Thompson may have become a father of three now. A woman, who is suing the athlete for child support before the baby was born, has reportedly given birth to his third child, a baby boy.

According to Us Weekly, Maralee Nichols, a personal trainer from Texas, gave birth to her son on Thursday, December 2, the same day news broke about her lawsuit. Words are the basketball player is demanding an immediate DNA test.

Daily Mail first reported that Maralee claims in the lawsuit that she conceived her baby with Tristan during his 30th birthday party in March, while he romantically reconciled with his other baby mama, Khloe Kardashian. While he did admit that they had sex, he maintained that it only happened that one night. She, however, says that the affair began at least five months before and continued even after she found out she was pregnant.

The documents also reveal that Tristan wanted no relationship with the baby and wanted Maralee to terminate her pregnancy. In text messages she submitted to court as evidence, he offered $75,000 to buy her silence, trying to convince her it was her best bet because he's retiring soon.

"You know how I feel," he reportedly told the pregnant woman. "My feelings haven't changed at all. Wont be involved at all. btw if you think having this baby is gonna make you some money. It's completely wrong. You are aware that I'm retiring after this season."

The Canadian athlete added, "So in terms of support it will be whatever is required monthly for someone who's unemployed. It's Texas so it will be only a couple hundred dollars. So you better off taking this 75k I'm offering cause you won't get nothing near that with having a kid with a father who's unemployed."

He concluded, "All you have is a baby with a father who has zero involvement with the child and a few hundred dollars of child support a month."

"It is also apparent from the context and substance of these communications that they are from Tristan to Maralee, which reflects that Tristan is addressing the parties' relationship, and even with respect to her pregnancy insisting that she get an abortion and threatening that she will get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas," reads part of the documents.

Meanwhile, Khloe seemed to give her response to Tristan's latest paternity drama on Instagram Story. On Friday, she let out a cryptic message which hinted that she wants no part in it, writing, "I just don't have time for negative energy and even when I do, I still don't."
