The 'Osbournes' alum takes to her Instagram Story to share a screenshot of an email which mentions that she 'has put on a tremendous amount of weight.'

AceShowbiz - Kelly Osbourne called out a tabloid for making fat-shaming comments about her. "The Osbournes" alum took to her Instagram Story on Tuesday, November 30 to share a screenshot of what looked like an email from National Enquirer.

In the email, the tabloid hoped for a comment on an upcoming story. However, it insensitively mentioned that Kelly "has put on a tremendous amount of weight." The unverified email also said that the former "Fashion Police" star "has been dealing with stress of her relapse by eating."

Writing over the picture, the daughter of Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon Osbourne shared, "This is what I have to deal with on a daily basis." She added, "Feel free to email Dan and tell him what you think about them fat shaming me," referring to the outlet and its editor-in-chief, Dan Dolan.

In a separate post, the 37-year-old shared divulged that "this has been the hardest year of my life." She went on to say, "I was compliantly and utterly broken. I am still putting myself back together again. I am happy. I am healthy. That's all that should matter."

Back in April, Kelly revealed that she had briefly relapsed after nearly four years of sobriety. The former "Project Runway: Junior" judge said that she's now "back on track" and that she's "not proud of" the relapse.

In an interview with Extra, Kelly shared that a "nervous breakdown" was among the factors that caused her relapse. "I am an addict and had thought that I had enough time under my belt, and I could drink like a normal person. And it turns out, I cannot, and I will never be normal. I don't know why I even tried it," she explained.

"This is something I am going to battle for the rest of my life. It's never going to be easy. Through being accountable and owning your own journey and sharing what you can go though you can help other people. That's why I came clean, I could have sat here and nobody would know," she added.

While celebrating her birthday this October, the TV star reflected on her five-month milestone in her new sobriety journey. "I am filled with so much gratitude it's almost overwhelming!" she wrote at the time.
