The 58-year-old 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star takes to her Instagram account to share a heartfelt message as she reflects on the recent passing of her mom.

AceShowbiz - Lisa Rinna paid tribute to her late mom, Lois DeAndrade Rinna, while celebrating the first Thanksgiving without her mom. On Thursday, November 25, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star took to her Instagram account to share a heartfelt message for her late mom.

Reflecting on the recent passing of Lois, the 58-year-old reality TV star wrote, "Let's keep this candle burning for all of our loved ones who can't be with us on this Thanksgiving." The mom of two also had a special nod to her late mom in her arrangement of her Thanksgiving table which has a card with Lois' name on it.

"This was the sweetest most unexpected moment tonight behind my place card was a card for Lois. We all cried. Thank you @stephanie_asher for a beautiful Thanksgiving," she wrote in the caption.

Lois died on November 15 at the age of 93. A week prior, Lisa asked for prayers as she revealed that Lois was "transitioning" after having a stroke. "I know how much you appreciate and LOVE Lois so I need to tell you that she has had a stroke," she wrote at the time. "I am with her now, so let's celebrate her and send her so much love while she transitions. I was so conflicted to share this very very sad news with you, but I know you would want to know."

Following Lois' passing, Lisa's daughter Amelia Hamlin took to her Instagram account to honor her grandmother. "My guardian angel for the rest of time… I love you so much my Lolo," the 20-year-old model penned. "You were and will always be much more than a grandma to me… you were my best friend. My strength. My rock. My everything."

"Your laughter never failed to light up any room you ever walked in. Anyone who got the pleasure to meet you was so blessed… there will never be anyone like you. Thank you for being the strength our family needed," she continued. "Thank you for teaching us what it means to be a strong woman… and just like that… you’re back with Frank… I know they're having a party for you… and you are dancing your way through heaven… 'I did it my way.' 'Me too.' 5:05 am…"

Lisa, meanwhile, commented on the post, "Heaven has a new angel." As for Lisa's other daughter Delilah Hamlin, she wrote, "I have no words. I love you forever nana FaceTiming you today and laughing then crying with you was one of the hardest things I’ve had to do."
