The 45-year-old professional golf player shares his amazing health update on social media nearly one year after he was involved in the single-car accident.

AceShowbiz - Tiger Woods is back. Nearly one year after surviving a car accident that left him with serious injuries, the professional golfer treated his social media followers to a video of him playing golf.
The athlete posted the footage on his Instagram account on Sunday, November 21. In the clip, he was seen practicing his swing in a white T-shirt, black shorts, white sneakers and a matching cap. "Making progress," he captioned it.
The post has since been flooded with positive feedback from many. One in particular was fellow pro golfer Ricke Fowler, who gushed, "Decent swing...plenty more left in that tank!" Comedian David Spade, on the other hand, quipped, "If you need lessons hit me up."
Tiger was involved in the single-car accident on February 23, just one day after he filmed a premiere episode of "A Round with Tiger: Celebrity Lessons" along with Jada Pinkett Smith. The accident left him with significant orthopedic injuries to his right lower extremity. He has since undergone several surgeries on his legs and ankles.
Los Angeles County Sheriff Alex Villanueva later confirmed in April that he was driving at twice the speed limit prior to the crash, which was up to 87 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone. In the following month, the 45-year-old confessed that he did not know whether he would play golf again.
"This has been an entirely different animal," Tiger told Golf Digest magazine. "I understand more of the rehab processes because of my past injuries, but this was more painful than anything I have ever experienced."
"My physical therapy has been keeping me busy. I do my routines every day and am focused on my number one goal right now - walking on my own," the father of two further shared. "[I'm] taking it one step at a time."
