The 'All Too Well' singer scores the biggest week and the fastest-selling album for a female solo artist in the U.K. this year so far with 'Red (Taylor's Version)'.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift's "Red (Taylor's Version)" has blasted to the top of the charts in the U.K.
The "All Too Well" singer - who has been re-recording her old albums after her original masters were sold by her former record label - bagged another number one with her latest re-release.
The new album has racked up 72,000 sales since its release, placing it just above "Voyage" by ABBA, which was last week's top seller, and pal Ed Sheeran's former number one album "=" (Equals) in the third slot.
"Red (Taylor's Version)" has now surpassed Olivia Rodrigo's "Sour" to claim the biggest week for a female artist this year (21) so far and is also the fastest-selling offering from a female solo artist in the U.K. this year.
Swift has also bested herself with news that the re-release has moved 10,000 units more than the original "Red" album when it dropped in 2012.
The latest chart achievement marks the fifth number one album in less than three years for the musician and comes after she set a record earlier this year when "Fearless (Taylor's Version)" became her third chart-topping record in less than 12 months.
Taylor now matches Kylie Minogue for solo artists with eight Official U.K. number one albums, with Madonna still holding the title with 12.
In her home country of U.S., Taylor also triumphed as her newly-released LP sold more than 500,000 in just five days following its launch.
