AceShowbiz - Bobby Flay has finally introduced his new girlfriend to the world. One month after keeping her identity a secret, the "Food Network Star" went public with Christina Perez as he brought her to the 2021 Breeders' Cup World Championships.

The U.S. Sun reported that the 56-year-old gave a shout-out to his lady and his 25-year-old daughter Sophie during a speech in the November 5 event. He delivered a speech after his horse Pizza Bianca won first place and $520,000 in the Juvenile Fillies Turf.

"Winning a Breeders' Cup Race is obviously a dream come true, but to be able to share it with your family, my daughter, my girlfriend, my business partner," he gushed. "All the people I love so much are here today to cheer me on and cheer on Pizza Bianca."

Bobby first confirmed that he's no longer a single man when appearing on the "Today" show in October. When speaking to Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager, he said, "I mentioned that I do have a new girlfriend and that she doesn't eat meat, and, of course, I was making vegetarian chili, and the chili went out the window."

Christina, who has written for titles including Vogue, Conde Nast Traveler, GQ, Elle and Glamour, reportedly works as Senior Content and Creative Director at Miss Grass. It is a company selling premium THC and CBD products.

It's unclear when Bobby and Christina began dating. However, back in February, the reality TV personality revealed in February that he'd been single since his last serious romance with Helene Yorke, which ended in 2019. "I'm very single," he declared in an episode of his show. "[Helene] kicked me to the curb."

Bobby has been married three times. He was married to fellow chef Debra Ponzek from 1991 to 1993, Kate Connelly from 1995 to 1998 and actress Stephanie March from 2005 to 2015. He shares daughter Sophie with Kate.
