According to docs, the woman claims the 'That's on Me' rapper forced himself on her during their first date in late April after he reached out to her on Instagram.

AceShowbiz - Details of what led to Yella Beezy's sexual assault charge have surfaced, more than a week after his latest arrest. Per arrest warrant and probable cause affidavit from the case out of Collin County, the rapper is accused of raping a woman on a first date.

TMZ obtained the docs, in which it's stated that the woman says Yella reached out to her on Instagram in late April, asking if she was looking for a new friend. After some back and forth, she says he asked her out and they agreed to meet up for a dinner and some bowling afterwards in Dallas.

On the day of their meeting, they grabbed a bite and he invited her back to his apartment while they waited for their bowling reservations at 10 P.M. She agreed and they went to his pad, and that's when things started to take a nasty turn.

Once there, they first played cards and talked until Yella allegedly asked the woman for a massage. She says she did give him a massage while he was shirtless and once she finished she sat down next to him.

The woman says the "Bacc at It Again" rhymer then started forcibly kissing her and pulling up her dress. She claims she repeatedly said "no," but he forced himself on her. The woman eventually was able to break free and leave his place.

Still according to the woman, Yella tried to gaslight her into making her think she'd initiated the sex by kissing him. The next day after the alleged rape, she went to the hospital and reported the incident.

Yella was booked on suspicion of sexual assault, child endangerment or abandonment and unlawful carrying of a weapon in Texas on November 5. He was taken into custody by Plano police officers with the department's Crimes Against Persons Unit in Collin County. It was reported at the time that the arrest was originally for the sexual assault charge.

Just three months before, he was busted on weapons and drug charges. According to police report, the rapper, whose real name is Markies Deandre Conway, had over 400 grams of a controlled substance as well as four handguns and a rifle.
