AceShowbiz - Lil Nas X and Yai Ariza were caught in a big drama while appearing on "Maury". In a sneak peek of the Wednesday, November 17 episode of Maury Povich's talk show, the "Industry Baby" hitmaker jokingly confronted his ex-boyfriend for hiding his marriage.
In the teaser called "Leave Your Wife For Me…That's What I Want!", the 22-year-old Grammy-winning artist (identified as Montero) found out that the "love of his life" is married to a woman. Ariza's wife, who is a mother of a four-year-old child named Noah, also appeared on the show.
"Me and Yai have been together for a month and a half," Nas X told Ariza's wife. Shocked by the "MONTERO (Call Me by Your Name) singer's revelation, the woman replied, "You're a liar!"
After the woman insisted that Ariza is the father of her child, the "Old Town Road" singer/rapper confronted Ariza, who took a paternity test to find out the truth. At one point, Ariza was seen popping the big question to Nas X. The clip also featured a fight between Ariza and his wife and Nas X running off set.
Ariza starred as Nas X's lover in the music video "That's What I Want", in which the former couple got very steamy in a locker room. They also dated in real life. When speaking to SiriusXM's Hits 1 LA hosts Tony Fly and Symon in October, the emcee shared, "We were dating, and we are still on very good terms." He then explained, "You know, we may date again I'm sure."
"I love him, he is amazing," Nas X further gushed. "I wanted to kind of focus on my music right now. [He's] the best person I have ever dated... I am still very much in love, I'm like trying to manage... If it's meant (to be), it will happen in the future, life is long."
