According to a police report, Joseph Zolciak and Kim's 'highly intoxicated' mother Karen Zolciak are involved in a fight over his talking to a female neighbor.

AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak's estranged father Joseph Zolciak was reportedly arrested for battery on Monday, November 8. Joseph was accused of physically assaulting his wife during an altercation.
According to a police report that was obtained by HollywoodLife.com, Joseph and Kim's mother Karen Zolciak were involved in a fight over his talking to a female neighbor. It was said that when Joseph was leaving to run an errand, Karen slammed the door behind him because she was "upset."
Upon his return to the house, Karen decided to take a bath. Joseph, meanwhile, was watching TV in the bedroom while "ignoring her." After Karen was done, she allegedly tried to talk to Joseph several times. However, instead of talking to her, Joseph reportedly "pushed her, causing her to fall and hit the right side of her head on an antique table."
The report also stated that Karen was "highly intoxicated" when she was transported to West Florida Hospital, though Karen claimed that she only had two glasses of wine. As for Joseph, he said that Karen fell when she tried to block the TV because she was drunk.
Joseph was arrested for misdemeanor battery and booked at the Escambia County Jail on Monday. He was later released on Tuesday after posting a $1,000 bond. He is set to appear at court on November 29.
Kim has yet to comment on the report.
The former "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star stopped speaking to her parents after they accused her of lying in the media. Joseph and Karen also claimed that Kim's daughters, Brielle and Ariana, had two different fathers. It was also said that their exacerbated their strained relationship was a fight that her mom had with husband Kroy Biermann during their 2011 wedding, at which Karen allegedly told Kroy to "f**k off."
"I don't talk to my parents," the "Don't Be Tardy..." star said in a March 2019 episode of "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen". "But I talk to my brother and no, my brother doesn't talk to them either ... so that was comforting to find that out."
