In a new Instagram post, the 39-year-old '...Baby One More Time' hitmaker also demands justice, saying, 'I know the conservatorship is about to be over but I still want justice !!!'

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears is opening up about the damage that her family has done to her. On Monday, October 25, the "Toxic" singer took to her Instagram account to talk about how people are only there for her when it's "convenient for them."

Alongside a picture of a mini typewriter, the 39-year-old wrote to her fans, "I found my mini typewriter !!!" She added, "Don't you find it weird when you jump through hoops to organize trips or set up lunch dates with people you love only to know they'll bail on you or leave after 10 minutes???"

Britney went on to pen, "It's humiliating and it's like every person I've ever opened to immediately says they'll be gone on a trip for two weeks after ... OK I get it ... they're only available to me when it's convenient for them ... well I'm no longer available to any of them now !!!"

Saying that she didn't "mind being alone," the "...Baby One More Time" hitmaker added that she's actually "tired of being this understanding Mother Teresa ... if you're rude to me then I'm done ... peace out!!!"

Toward the end of the post, Britney made it clear that "this message is to my family ... for hurting me deeper than you'll ever know !!!" She concluded, "I know the conservatorship is about to be over but I still want justice !!! I'm only 5'4" and I've played the bigger person my entire life ... do you know how hard that is ???"

Britney has been vocal about going against her family who apparently didn't do much to help her end her conservatorship. "I would honestly like to sue my family, to be totally honest with you," she said in her first highly-publicized hearing back in June. "I also would like to be able to share my story with the world, and what they did to me, instead of it being a hush-hush secret to benefit all of them. . . It concerns me, I'm told I'm not allowed to expose the people who did this to me."

Most recently, the pop star also shaded her sister Jamie Lynn Spears for publishing a tell-all book titled "Things I Should Have Said". "Psssssss also great news … I'm thinking of releasing a book next year but I'm having issues coming up with a title so maybe my fans could help !!!! Option #1 … 'S**t, I really don't know' Option #2 … 'I really care what people think,' " so she wrote on October 12.
