AceShowbiz - Congratulations are in order for Meghan King and Cuffe Biden Owens. "The Real Housewives of Orange County" alum and Joe Biden's nephew, who met on a dating app, finally tied the knot following their whirlwind romance.

Meghan and Cuffe exchanged vows on Monday, October 11 at his parents' house in Kennet Square, Pennsylvania. According to the White House, the president and First Lady Jill Biden also attended the "small, family wedding."

About the nuptials, Meghan told Brides magazine, "Our wedding was about two things for us." She added, "Our love for and commitment to each other, and our family - each of our families, and the new very large and very tight family that we were bonding together by getting married. That's it."

"When we realized that Cuffe's parents' wedding anniversary - October 11 - was a holiday Monday, we both knew exactly what we were going to do, where we were going to do it, and how we were going to do it," the reality star further shared. "It's a beautiful thing to see eye-to-eye with each other as we do."

Meghan also opened up about how she broke "tradition" when it came to her wedding dress. "I bought thousands of dollars worth of dresses online - everything from traditional gowns to cocktail dresses off the rack. And, breaking from tradition, I tried all of them on for Cuffe to see," she explained. "We both found ourselves getting caught up in expectations of tradition with the dress when I just decided to wear what felt most like 'me.' "

"And, it was the first dress I tried on: a mature blazer dress by Rasario from Matches Fashion online," the TV personality further elaborated. "I had my dry cleaner pin back the lapels et voilà! My wedding dress was complete."

During the interview, Meghan also divulged how she first met her now-husband. "We connected on a dating app, texted for a day or two, then spent five straight hours on the phone the first time we spoke," she divulged.

"By the time that call ended, Cuffe was booked and packed for a flight to St. Louis that took off in about eight hours. Within a week, we were back on the East Coast, meeting his family, and starting to plan our future together," the 37-year-old continued. "We didn't leave each other's side for weeks."

The wedding came just a few weeks after Meghan went Instagram official with Cuffe. On September 25, she posted a photo of her hugging her man during a night out. "Trying my best to avoid any cheesy introductions like 'my main squeeze'… so just meet my man," she wrote in the caption.

Meghan was previously married to Jim Edmonds from 2014 to 2019. The former couple, who shares 3-year-old twin boys Hart and Hayes and 4-year-old daughter Aspen together, finalized their divorce in May this year.
