An arrest warrant for the former star of 'That's So Raven', who has been charged with one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes, has been issued following his court absence.

AceShowbiz - A warrant has been issued for former Disney star Kyle Massey after he failed to show for an arraignment hearing in his immoral communication with a minor case.

The actor was scheduled to appear in a King County, Washington court on Monday morning, July 12, and when the former child star never arrived, the judge signed a warrant for his arrest.

Massey also missed his arraignment in late June.

The "That's So Raven" and "Cory in the House" star has been charged with one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes after prosecutors claimed Massey sent pornographic material to a 13-year-old girl.

He is threatening legal action against his accuser after denying any misconduct and claiming he was being extorted.

His attorney, Lee A. Hutton, revealed his client was a no-show for an arraignment hearing on June 28 because he was not properly notified of the charge.

In a statement issued to TMZ, Hutton wrote, "[Massey] intends to aggressively defend these accusations again and will seek civil damages from those that refuse to hear the facts. We plan to seek an early dismissal [of the charge], finally putting this bad behavior to rest."

A representative for King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has since responded to Hutton's statement. "It is possible that Mr. Massey's attorney is calling the wrong office. It's also worth noting that Mr. Massey previously acknowledged the filing of the case in past media articles since the first arraignment date, which also included today's new arraignment date," the rep told TMZ.

The representative further insisted, "There's no misrepresentation here. Quite simply, Mr. Massey did not appear in court."
