Jamie Lynn Spears, meanwhile, reveals that she has received 'death threats' after her pop star sister dropped an explosive testimony in her conservatorship hearing.

AceShowbiz - Britney Spears will not give up in her conservatorship battle against her dad. Despite failing to remove Jamie Spears as her sole conservator, the "Toxic" hitmaker reportedly is "not backing down."
"[Britney] is not backing down," a source told Entertainment Tonight. "She is ready to fight this fight. She is feeling confident and strong and wants her voice to be heard."
Just days earlier, a judge denied a petition filed by Britney's lawyer Sam Ingham to have her father removed from his role as her sole conservator. "The conservator's request to suspend James P. Spears immediately upon the appointment of Bessemer Trust Company of California as sole conservator of estate is denied without prejudice," so read court documents.
Additionally, Britney's co-conservator Bessemer Trust withdrew from her conservatorship. "As a result of the Conservatee's testimony at the June 23 hearing, however, Petitioner has become aware that the Conservatee objects to the continuance of her Conservatorship and desires to terminate the conservatorship," a statement from the company read. "Petitioner has heard the Conservatee and respects her wishes."
Britney's testimony also affected her sister Jamie Lynn Spears. Jamie Lynn has been dragged by many internet users as she was accused of taking part in the pop star's conservatorship. The "Sweet Magnolias" actress, however, has made it clear that she has "loved, adored and supported [her] sister."
"I've made a very conscious choice in my life to only participate in her life as her sister. Maybe I didn't support her the way the public would like me to with a hashtag on a public platform," she further stressed on her Instagram Story. "But I can assure I have supported my sister long before there was a hashtag, and I'll support her long after. Note that."
On Friday, July 2, Jamie Lynn pleaded with trolls to stop sending her "death threats." Taking to Instagram Story, she penned, "Hi, I respect that everyone has the right to express themselves, but can we please stop with the death threats, especially the death threats to children."
