Khloe Kardashian's ex-boyfriend has sued Kimberly Alexander in an attempt to stop her from continuing to claim he is her boy's biological dad after DNA test results came back negative twice.

AceShowbiz - Khloe Kardashian's baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, is on the verge of securing victory in his libel suit against a woman who insists he is the father of her child.
The Boston Celtics basketball star sued Kimberly Alexander last year (2020) to stop her from continuing to claim he is her boy's biological dad, after DNA test results came back negative - twice.
Thompson requested $100,000 (£72,000) in damages, blaming the controversy for costing him various endorsement deals.
Alexander failed to respond to the suit, and according to court papers obtained by TMZ, a judge has now issued a tentative default ruling in his favor, although the sportsman is likely only to be granted around $53,000 (£38,000) due to a lack of specific evidence to support his claim of lost opportunities.
A final decision has yet to be made.
Alexander was also recently threatened with separate legal action from Kardashian, who had a cease-and-desist notice fired off to the woman, after she admitted to faking direct messages online from the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" regular.
The news emerges a day after Kardashian, who shares three-year-old daughter True with Thompson, was reported to have ended her on/off romance with the athlete several weeks ago, following allegations he cheated on the Good American co-founder with a model named Sydney Chase.
Thompson previously denied the infidelity accusations. While he has yet to address the latest hook-up rumors made about him, the NBA star posted a cryptic tweet that contained five blue hat emojis which could stand for a slang word "cappin'," which means lying.
