The man who was injured trying to jump over Kendall's barbed wire fence has been slapped with a temporary restraining order filed by the brunette runway star.

AceShowbiz - Kendall Jenner has been granted a temporary restraining order against a man who has been "stalking" her for three years.

The "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star filed legal documents through her attorney, Shawn Holley, requesting the order against Isaias Noe Flores, 23, who she claims has been sending her gifts as well as showing up at her Los Angeles home and confessing his love for her.

The documents, obtained by TMZ, say Kendall is particularly worried because she knows that Flores has tried to climb into her property despite the barbed wire fence that surrounds it.

Her security is said to have stopped letters from him, in which he wrote he was "moving to the city" and he had also been sending her jewellery and rose petals as well as handwritten poems.

According to TMZ, the court granted a temporary order and a hearing is to be held next month (Jul21) as to whether or not it should be made permanent.

The news comes after a trespasser was arrested at Kendall's house last weekend.

Police were called when a man jumped over a wall to enter her gated community, having previously been turned away by security guards.

Sources said the man had attempted to get through the security entrance to the compound but was turned away by the guards, who recognised him from making previous multiple attempts to gain access.

But after he was turned away, he jumped over a wall to get into the community and cut his hand while doing so.

Police were called and apprehended the suspect before he reached Kendall's house. He was taken into custody and then to hospital for treatment before being booked for misdemeanour trespassing.

He spent around 10 hours in jail before being released.
