The 'Pianist' actor has officially gone public with Georgina Chapman by taking the Marchesa designer to the premiere of his new movie at Tribeca Film Festival.

AceShowbiz - Actor Adrien Brody has made his romance with Harvey Weinstein's ex-wife, fashion designer Georgina Chapman, red carpet official by making their public debut at New York's Tribeca Festival.

The Marchesa designer left Weinstein in late 2017 after the father of her two kids was hit with a string of sexual misconduct allegations.

They finalised their divorce in 2018 and she reportedly began dating "The Pianist" star in 2019 although the romance didn't hit headlines until early last year (20).

On Saturday (19Jun21), the couple stepped out together for the Tribeca premiere of Brody's new crime thriller "Clean", smiling as they posed for the cameras.

The pair has yet to comment publicly on the relationship, but it's believed to be Chapman's first since her split from disgraced producer Weinstein, who is serving a 23-year prison sentence in New York for rape and sexual assault, a conviction his lawyers are currently appealing.

He is also set to be extradited to Los Angeles this summer to face 11 further criminal charges, relating to allegations suggesting he sexually assaulted five women in California over the course of a decade.

Weinstein maintains his innocence, insisting all sexual encounters were consensual.

"Over the last week, there has been a lot of pain for my family that I take responsibility for," Weinstein said after Georgina announced their split.

"I sat down with my wife Georgina, who I love more than anything, and we discussed what was best for our family," he added. "We discussed the possibility of a separation and I encouraged her to do what was in her heart. In the end, she made the decision to separate."
