The 'Back in Blood' rapper, who turned himself in on Tuesday, June 8, reportedly will remain in jail until he faces a judge for his other Miami shooting case.

AceShowbiz - Pooh Shiesty has appeared at a hearing for his shooting case. When facing a Miami-Dade judge on Wednesday, June 9, the "Back in Blood" rapper was ordered to stay away from the King of Diamonds nightclub.

The 21-year-old hip-hop star, who is signed to Gucci Mane's 1017 Records label, has been banned from the club for the duration of his case. Although he was granted a $10,000 bond, he will remain in jail until he makes another court appearance on Thursday, June 10 for his other shooting case.

The Wednesday hearing was also attended by Shiesty's attorney Bradford Cohen. Cohen, however, played down the seriousness of the incident by saying, "It looks to me like an accidental discharge." Miami-Dade prosecutor Ruben Scolavino, meanwhile, claimed that the MC was "angry because the victim was a security guard who told him to put away his gun."

Shiesty, whose real name is Lontrell Williams, surrendered to police around 2.00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 8. He has since been slapped with a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, a felony.

The "Neighbors" spitter allegedly shot one of the security guards at the King of Diamonds club at 4. A.M. on May 30. Prior to that, he was reportedly caught in an altercation after he was robbed for $40,000 while he was performing.

Shiesty, however, has shut down the robbery rumors. Making use of Instagram Story, the Memphis native pointed out, "False allegations nothing ever been took from me."

This was not the first time Shiesty got arrested. Back in October 2020, he was booked in connection with a shooting in Bay Harbor Islands and charged with armed robbery, aggravated battery with a weapon and aggravated assault with a firearm and petty theft. Though so, he pleaded not guilty and was released on bond in March this year.
