In other news, the president's niece Mary L. Trump accuses him of embracing 'cheating as a way of life,' which he allegedly practiced when he paid someone to take the SAT.

AceShowbiz - Donald Trump has just added his name to the list of people who support Kanye West's plan to run for the president. The incumbent president responded to the rapper's presidential run announcement in an interview with Real Clear Politics in the Oval Office on Tuesday, July 7.

Despite the possibility of him butting heads with the GOOD Music founder, whom he has previously called "a great friend," Trump doesn't seem to be bothered by Ye's political aspiration. Praising the 43-tear-old artist/entrepreneur for having "a real voice," he thinks that it would be "very interesting" to have West joining the race for the office.

POTUS, however, noted that the "Follow God" spitter has missed the deadline to enter the race in some states. "It'd have to be limited to certain states because in some states the deadline has been missed," he remarked. The former real estate tycoon went on weighing in, "If he did it, he would have to view this as a trial run for what's going to happen in four years."

On July 4, West tweeted, "We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States! #2020VISION."

Despite the announcement, the Yeezy designer has not officially registered as a candidate, created a campaign committee or taken any traditional steps involved with a run for office. While some people suspected that it's just a marketing ploy to promote his upcoming project, his wife Kim Kardashian and the likes of Elon Musk, Masika Kalysha, Rose McGowan, 2 Chainz and Ty Dolla $ign have declared that he would have their support.

In other news, Trump has been accused by his niece of cheating on his SAT. In her upcoming memoir "Too Much and Never Enough: How My Family Created the World's Most Dangerous Man", Mary L. Trump describes how a decades-long history of darkness, dysfunction and brutality turned her uncle into a reckless leader, who "now threatens the world's health, economic security and social fabric."

Ms. Trump claims his uncle's wealth and real-estate empires enabled his "twisted behaviors," like seeing other people in "monetary terms" and embracing "cheating as a way of life." One instance of his cheating behaviors allegedly happened when he, as a high school student in Queens, paid someone to take a precollegiate test, the SAT, on his behalf.
