The Migos star wants his daughter from a previous relationship takes his last name as he is seeking a joint custody in a legal battle with his baby mama.

AceShowbiz - Offset has requested his daughter Kalea, four, takes his surname in his ongoing paternity case with one of his baby mamas.

The Migos rapper, real name Kiari Cephus, filed legal papers, obtained by TMZ, in his case out of Fulton County, Georgia, requesting that his daughter takes Cephus.

Offset says he's the biological father to Kalea, who was born in 2015 with Nicole Marie Algarin. However, she named the girl Kalea Marie Algarin, which has riled the star, who wants her name changed and is requesting joint legal and physical custody of their daughter.

The move comes after Nicole, who goes by the stage name Shya L'amour, filed papers last October (19) asking for more child support from the rapper. Offset claims he is already paying support and says both parties should be financially responsible for their daughter.

Kalea is Offset's fourth kid - he shares daughter Kulture with Cardi B, and has two sons, Jordan and Kody, from previous relationships.
