AceShowbiz - Demi Lovato has finally offloaded the Los Angeles home in which she suffered a near-fatal drug overdose in 2018.
The "Cool for the Summer" hitmaker has secured a buyer for the four-bedroom Hollywood Hills property, selling the pad for just under the $8.3 million (£6.6 million) she paid for it back in 2016.
Lovato had initially tried to shift the villa in September 2018, two months after her health scare, but the house failed to sell, even after slashing $500,000 (£400,000) off the $9.5 million (£7.6 million) asking price.
She briefly made the contemporary home, which boasts a large backyard with a zero-edge pool, covered gazebo, private bar and media room, available to rent, before putting the place on the market again in February (20) for just under $9 million (£7.2 million).
According to Variety, the new owner is Sam Jordan, son of real estate mogul Wayne Jordan.
