The president says that he has retained a pollster, McLaughlin and Associates, to examine the polls by CNN and other networks, which he claims are 'FAKE.'

AceShowbiz - Donald Trump clearly isn't taking a defeat well. The president has shut down a CNN poll after it revealed that presumptive Democratic nominee Joe Biden leads by 14 points. Blasting the polls by the news channel as well as other networks as "FAKE," he declared that he retained a pollster, to examine those existing polls.

"I have retained highly respected pollster, McLaughlin & Associates, to analyze todays CNN Poll (and others), which I felt were FAKE based on the incredible enthusiasm we are receiving," so he posted on Twitter on Monday, June 8. "Read analysis for yourself."

He said that this also happened during the 2016 presidential election, which ended up with him winning over Hillary Clinton. "This is the same thing they and others did when we defeated Crooked Hillary Clinton in 2016. They are called SUPPRESSION POLLS, and are put out to dampen enthusiasm. Despite 3 ½ years of phony Witch Hunts, we are winning, and will close it out on November 3rd!" he went on claiming.

Trump also attached a letter by McLaughlin & Associates, in which McLaughlin stated that the networks are "reporting biased polls" and "it seems to be an intentional strategy to suppress your vote." He added, "It has to be a strategy to counter the enthusiasm of Trump voters."

Like many of Trump's previous tweets that garnered mixed responses, the president has also received comments from both sides after accusing TV networks of faking poll numbers. "Fake news and fake polls didn't work in 2016 and they won't work now! Keep America Great!" one of his supporters replied to his tweets.

Another excited fan wrote, "The people who support President Trump are so fired up to vote for him in November that we can hardly contain the excitement!" A third Republican supporter declared Trump has her vote anyway, stating, "They can say you have ZERO chance of winning and I’m still crawling over broken glass to cast my vote for you. #MAGAForever."

Some others, however, mocked him for going berserk on Twitter over the poll numbers. "He's such a damn toddler! I swear he is," one blasted Trump. Another sarcastically responded, "Yes, I second the narcissism and compulsive attention-seeking nature of his personality."

A third user predicted his reaction if he loses the upcoming election, "The meltdown in November when he loses is going to be one for the books. I already know lol." Sharing a similar thought, another imagined, "Trump will have a epic meltdown if he looses the election AND twitter suspends him when he is no longer the president. Trump and his supporters will be selective in what polls they find trustworthy based or whether or not it's a positive for Trump. I can see Trump refusing to leave office if he looses and attempting to rile up his supporters to resist the transition to Biden's presidency."

Someone else pointed out his blatant denial, "Yep, he hopes to postpone the inevitable. And if dem's don't do everything within their power to ensure that he goes to prison, there will a reckoning for them too."
